Order Process:
YAY! You’ve completed your payment and you’re ready to see your new Youtube Intro! So how does it work?
Once you’ve submitted your payment we’ll send you an email with a content form attached to send us your info and content! On this form, you will be able to submit your desired text, fonts, brand colors, special effects, and social media handles you want in your intro! You may also submit a link to a video that you want your intro to look like.
Your custom Beauty in Branding intro will be sent via email.
Revisions:
What if you made a mistake on your form or would like to make revisions? We’ve got you covered.
If you would like to change anything submitted on your content form, you can email up to 2 revisions, at the same time, at no additional cost. This revision request must be made BEFORE we send your completed intro.
While we usually do not have to make revisions after an intro is completed, you can request 2 additional changes at the same time, within 2 days, at no extra cost.
Any additional revisions or revisions made outside of this time period will cost $5 per revision.
Refund Policy:
Due to the time and effort, it takes to make each custom edit ALL payments are non-refundable. Please save your order once you receive it, a copy will not be available after 7 days due to the space it takes to save every order.
