Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, there is a strict no refund policy. 

We offer digital products and services therefore they are not eligible for any refund.

Please note that digital products will be sent via email, therefore, please ensure you've entered the correct email address at checkout.  Standard digital products will be automatically sent via email upon purchase. Digital products that are pre-ordered will be delivered via email on the date mentioned on the product page.  For more information on our turnaround time, products, services and audits please see our FAQ.
