Our Story

Beauty in Branding was created to help Girl Bosses create beautiful and  profitable brands. Officially created by Tatiyana (@teebellamy) in January 2020, the vision behind it began 6 years earlier.

In 2014, Tatiyana began her college career by studying both journalism and marketing. Since it was her first time away from home, she began filming college vlogs to document the true college experience. She started filming with her galaxy phone and started editing in her dorm room with windows movie maker- let's just say it was a struggle to get the first few videos out lol! 

Through her studies and her time vlogging she learned how to professionally edit  videos and how to create a brand that people would actually want to support.

After she graduated, she began Natural Born Curls, the online platform for curls and culture in September 2018. She quickly grew the brand and today it has over 160,000 followers on Instagram, and gets millions of views each week across multiple social media platforms. As she grew she learned how to monetize her brand in multiple ways, gained sponsorships, collaborated with huge haircare brands,  networked with influencers, became a guest speaker and started her own line of hair accessories.
